Free delivery over £40.00/€40.00 when selected at checkout.

Delivery can take between 2-5 working days. We aim to deliver all parcels in or before this time.

You will automatically be emailed a copy of your receipt once your order has been  processed. Should you misplace this, please contact info@voduzhair.com.

Currently, all UK and ROI orders will be shipped with DPD. Any Rest of World orders may be shipped by courier partners like DHL.

As a brand, we are committed to being open and transparent with our customers about all aspects of our business - therefore, from 1st August 2023, there will be a small price increase across a range of our products.

Like many other brands and businesses, we have felt the effects of the current economic conditions and have tried our best to not let these affect our customers or our products for as long as we can.

Any refunds approved by Voduz will be returned to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Receipts can take some time to come through after processing. If
you haven’t received this in 2-3 days, please contact Customer Services at info@voduzhair.com and we will be able to assist. 

If your order has been successful, you will be prompted with an order number on the final check out screen. You will subsequently receive an email with your order detail notifying you that your order is now processing. 

You will receive an email outlining that your order has finished being processed. This means your order has left our warehouse and its on its way to you.
