Excellent straightener but runs very hot. Have at 180 but have short bangs at front area and at ears .. have burned forehead with split second touch of appliance at same. Had other straighteners for years and never happened!

I thought I’d give you my honesty option. As I watched Lisa’s stories and she was so impressed with it I decided to go for it and buy the straightener. I’ve used it twice since buying it and I just feel that the buttons are in the wrong place. As you are doing your hair, you can’t help but touch the buttons to control the temperature. I must admit I’m very disappointed and it so be sitting in my cupboard and will not be used! I wish I had seen her use it before I bought it.
